How long have you been filming movies, what motivated or influenced you to become an actress? How did you get your start making films? How old were you when you made your first feature film, and what was the Title of that film?  I’ve been in films for about 8 years and have wanted to be an actress since I could crawl. I’ve always had a great passion for movies and film making. My first film was titled “Timeserver” and the part I had was actually created for me after the film makers saw my audition.

How many feature films have you already completed,  what Genres, and what were the Titles? Have you had any starring roles in any of the films you have worked on, and what’s the titles?

Here are some, Post Mortem, America 2021, Grave Robbers From Outer Space, Sister Mary, Reality Star, Public Enemies, Working Title, Batman: The Dark Knight, Fred Claus, Voices from the Graves,

Timeserver. I have also done numerous shorts, some TV, and featured in several comic books. As you can see, there are a variety of Genres, comedy, horror, drama, Sci-Fi. I am selective with the roles I take and always love the projects that I work on.

Who has been the most notable person so far to work with, and for what reasons?   Well, you didn’t say most famous but most notable :) It has to be Linnea Quigley! Reasons being that I grew up being a BIG fan of hers. On the set she is a true pro and off the set she is a wonderful person. We worked together on “Post Mortem America 2021” and became good friends.

As an accomplished Actress, what’s your take on working with other Actors? Have you worked with any known stars? If so how was the experience, who were the stars?

It’s always great working with talented people be it big budget or low budget projects. You can always share something about the craft.  Yes, I have worked opposite with known stars such as Larry Thomas, Ant, Linnea Quigley, and Robert Z’Dar to mention a few. Everyone was a fantastic experience!

Can you tell us what makes Michelle Shields the actress tick?  And what do you enjoy doing when not making films?  I love spending time with my family and loved ones. I also greatly enjoy reading my extensive comic book collection, playing one of my video gaming systems, and watching my massive film collection. I love joking around with friends and family and reading about various subjects such as serial killers and psychology. I never have time to be bored ;-)

Are you an activist? If so what organizations do you work with?

No I’m not.

As an actress which genres of film do you prefer to work in the most? What’s your own take of the filmmaking process? What do you enjoy most about making films?

I love doing comedies but other genres are a great joy as well. In my opinion, the easiest part of film making is standing in front of the camera with the directions given by the director and giving the best performance I can each time. I give my all each time and it’s so easy for me to do so because I have such a love and passion for film.

Lastly Ms. Shields where do you see yourself ten years from now as an actress, still making movies? Do you have any new films in the works? And just as a journalistic curve ball, what’s your take on sharks?

I just signed on to a film, "Fat Chance", starring  Al Snow, Ari Lehman, and Jim O'Rear. It's best described as "Friday The 13th" meets "The Biggest Loser." It’s about ten overweight men competing on a weight loss reality show when, they start turning up dead. I will continue to act until I physically am unable to. I have had this drive as long as I can remember and I don’t think it will ever go away.

 Sharks, Pool or loan?, LOL!
